Returns & Refunds
We offer refunds on unopened and unused products returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sugarhighgummiesstore.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right—either with a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, we recommend requesting a return (if eligible) and placing a new order.
